1.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss resulting from the use of our platform.

1.4. Zylox Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused our services in any way.

1.5. All services are subject to fees, and you are responsible for any associated charges. Some plans may include automatic renewals; you are responsible for managing or canceling such renewals in a timely manner. No refunds are provided unless explicitly stated.

1.6. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, features, or offerings of our hosting plans at any time, with or without prior notice.

2.1. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, host, or transmit using our services. You must have the legal rights to use and distribute all content hosted on our platform.

2.2. Hosting or distributing content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

2.3. Zylox Host does not endorse or assume responsibility for any user-generated content. The views and opinions expressed by users do not reflect those of Zylox Host.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

4. Account Security

4.1. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username and password. Sharing of accounts or using another user's account is prohibited.

4.2. Zylox Host reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts if unauthorized access or activity is suspected.

5.2. Zylox Host is not liable for any damages, data loss, or service interruptions resulting from your use of our services.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Zylox Host offers a 2-Day Money Back Guarantee for NodeJS, Python, and game hosting plans paid via PayPal. This applies only if the service is found unsatisfactory and the refund request is made within 48 hours of payment.

8.2. This refund guarantee does not apply to VPS, web hosting, or any other services outside the specified eligible plans.

8.3. You are not eligible for a refund if you violate our Acceptable Use Policy within the first 2 days.

8.4. Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket through Discord or the live chat on our official website. Chargebacks are not an acceptable form of refund request and may lead to account termination.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zylox Host regarding your use of our services.

9.2. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

9.3. "Lifetime" plans are guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase. The term "lifetime" is not to be taken literally and may be subject to change or termination due to operational decisions, company closure, or unforeseen events.
